Why PTZ camera cannot work for VioCard/ VioGate?

VioCard-100
VioCard-300
VioGate-140
VioGate-340(340A)

Answer:

Please make sure the PTZ model is supported by VioCard/ VioGate. Check if the baud rate settings of the camera are the same. If the camera cannot be used or you need to support specific camera, please contact QNAP technical support.
