How to convert VioGate-100 video file of IVG ext. to format that can be play by Windows Media Player?
Applied Models:
  • VioCard-100
  • VioCard-300
  • VioGate-140
  • VioGate-340(340A)
Answer:
  1. You could save the file to AVI format after playback.
  2. Download it from Download Center.
    http://www.qnap.com/download_detail.asp?pl=2&p_mn=40&ct_name=Utility
    The file name is IVG2AVI.exe
    Use IVG2AVI.exe to convert IVG to AVI format.
  3. You could play the files by Windows Media Player.
