I've installed the VioStor behind the router or firewall and set up port mapping (virtual server) on the router. However, I still couldn’t access the VioStor. What should I do?

Please follow the steps below:
Open the Internet Explorer browser.
On the “Tools” menu, click “Internet Options”.
Click the “Advanced” tab.
Under “Browsing”, uncheck the option “Enable folder view for FTP sites”.
Check the box “Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)”.
Click “OK”.
After changing the above settings, try to access your VioStor again. If failed, please contact our technical support.
