If I enable MxPEG recording of MOBOTIX cameras on VioStor NVR, when I playback the recording files, the picture displayed is containing some large gray blocks hiding a large part of the picture. How to solve it?

Answer:
If gray blocks shown on image in recorded files, please select "Image Quality" as "Fast" in camera home page to reduce the phenomenon.
