Why can't I find my VioStor in QNAP Finder?
Please do the following:
- Check if the VioStor is turned on.
- Make sure the PC and the NVR(VioStor) are in the same subnet.
- Check the network connection of the computer and the VioStor.
- Refresh QNAP Finder and check the IP address of the VioStor. Make sure you have turned off all firewall on your computer.
